Our Story Behind the Beef
Welcome to our small family business! We have been raising registered Santa Gertrudis in Texas since 1972 and have shown yearling cattle, bred heifers, and steers throughout the years. In the past, we have sold beef to close family and friends. We are excited to offer homegrown beef for others to enjoy. Thank you for supporting us!
Meet the
Fisher Family
Carl, Bayli, and Sage.
The Fisher family has been a cornerstone of the South Texas cattle-raising community for over 25 years, dedicating much of this time to raising Santa Gertrudis cattle. From a young age, Bayli and Sage were deeply involved in the family's cattle operations, traveling across the country to showcase their prized animals. Today, while Carl oversees the daily operations, Bayli resides in East Texas, and Sage is pursuing higher education in North Texas. As the family looks to their future, they are excited to expand these breeding operations into the beef industry, aiming to sell their own high-quality meat directly to consumers.
